All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault or damage

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on product availability and your preference.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
